Lindsey Rios

A little over a year ago, Lindsey reached out to me to start online coaching. She was determined and ready for change. Her initial goals were to be healthier and achieve body recomposition (which is losing fat, while gaining muscle) And she did just that!!!!! I decided to give Lindsey a realistic training schedule/regimen that fit her needs and busy schedule. She worked to achieve her goals by doing resistance training 3x a week, cardio, overall more activity outside of gym, and working on her nutrition.

Angelica came to me in hopes of getting into a consistent routine with the gym, and to gain muscle. She did just that and more. No matter what type of day Ang was having, she came in and gave it her all for EVERY.SINGLE.WORKOUT. She stayed consistent and did it even if she didn’t feel like it. She built discipline. She did that!​
